
Rounders Night
What a night we had last night at Clarendon Park. We met for a game of rounders with the older sections of the group. With a little bit of COVID shuffling around we managed to sort two mixed teams which worked really well. It was great to see the older sections looking after the each other through the evening. There was some real competitive behaviour coming out, not least from Skip, who seemed to be in his element! Lots of screams and shouts of encouragement to team members

Croft Hill Beavers Explore
Croft Hill stands 128m high in a largely flat area of Leicestershire. The Hill provides a number of habitats including broad-leaved woodland, scrub land, acidic grassland and two other distinct areas of grassland. The site has been a SSSI since 1956 and forms a natural focus of the passage of spring and autumn birds. It has a good system of paths. Bagworth Heath Explore Night
Thanks to everyone who came along to our “explore” of Bagworth Heath it was a great event. This was Lilah and Jacks night who took part in the organising and planning, prepping the route and timings and arranging the logistics, to complete their Leadership challenges and thus their Silver awards and are now ready to move up to Scouts. The ice cream shop and hot dog bar were a great success and thanks to Gemma, Gary and Leanne for catering for us, organising the ice cream stop
